Metronome & Drone Generator
Two practice tools in one card. The metronome sets the meter and can drop a share of the clicks — at a fixed percentage or ramping up over a session — so you keep time through the silence. The drone holds any chord you name underneath, so you can hear what each note you play is doing against it.

The number in a note’s name is its octave (middle C is C4), so a guitar’s open strings are E2, A2, D3, G3, B3, and E4. The number after a note is its place in the chord: 3 for the third, 5 for the fifth.
