Tips
Tune up to each note, not down to it: if a string is sharp, go below the note and come back up. The string holds its pitch better that way.
Play near the microphone, and let the string ring. The first moment after you pick it reads a little sharp; watch where the needle settles.
The sound never leaves your device. The tuner listens only while it says so, and stops when you tap Stop listening or leave the page.
